Shipping

Domestic Orders (U.S. Contiguous 48 States): Most Domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. If we receive your order before Noon (12 PM Easter Standard Time), most in-stock orders will ship out the same day. Orders are NOT shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays. If we receive your order after Noon or on a weekend day or holiday, your in-stock order will ship on the following business day. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please call or email us to check availability and delivery time. Please double-check your shipping information for accuracy before submitting your order to ensure timely delivery!

International Orders: All international orders are shipped via The United States Postal Service unless you contact us to make alternative shipping arrangements. Due to a high level of fraud, Credit Card payments are accepted at our discretion and will only be accepted if the billing and shipping addresses are the same and verifiable. PayPal payment is also accepted, but must have a confirmed shipping address. All orders must include a confirmable telephone number and email address. Sub Skin Apparel may contact you to request additional information to verify identity/address information to complete your order. Please contact Sub Skin Apparel if you have any questions regarding International Shipments. Please be sure to allow ample time for order processing and shipment.

Availability

Most items on our site are In-Stock and ready to ship. Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.

Return Policy

The Team at Sub Skin Apparel wants our customers to be 100% satisfied! If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your return or exchange, please do not send returns without prior authorization. We are unable to accept the return of used merchandise unless there is a manufacturer's defect. Please contact us for return assistance within 30 days of your purchase.
